Always aiming at the total availability and security of customer information, Auto Reg allocates its best servers in the  best Data Center of Latin America with the highest level of electrical safety, logic and physics . In addition to this structure, the company also allocates contingency  servers in another data center, located in São Paulo, with modern IT investments.

CONTINGENCY


The security  of information and the guarantee of the execution of operation  at  the specified time are extremely important points in the  segment of  regulations for it  involves multiple parts and different levels of information. Therefore, since the year 2006 the company has a contingency Data Center, which allows the execution of any operation carried out by the headquarters and branches.
With its own links and additional equipment, the contingency Data Center also allows the transference of the employees of a particular unit, to perform there their daily operations without the need of any change in the flow of the processes.
This is one more guarantee offered to the customers who need  agility in  the response time to the insured and total integrity of  information.

SERVICE TIME


AUTO REG has several levels of SLA (Service Level Agreement) to ensure service delivery in the shortest time possible to the customer. The response time for the execution of the inspection, technical analysis and the sending to the insurer is divided as follows:

• 24 Hours - Major Centers and Host Cities of  Regulators;
• 48 Hours - Other Locations.
